It’s not easy to find a place where you can inexcusably be yourself…even if you’re not sure who yourself is sometimes. Our goal is to create a space where young people can come together and forget a little bit about all the static surrounding our souls, and to just be.

Improv

Improv is about being in the moment. We’ve only got so many moments- so why not get a head start on being present. In these workshops we practice creative problem-solving, teamwork, self-advocacy, flexibility, communication and clarity- but you don’t even really notice, because it’s so fun. Teens in this program work toward confidence on stage and off and learn how to negotiate between playfulness and responsibility while exploring their artistic inclination.

PlayFit

This is a workout for all of us who know we need to move our bodies, but we don’t play a sport and we definitely don’t want to go to a gym. It’s an authentic experiences revisiting the best parts of our childhood- in the form of a fun workout. Just try it once.
