Parent Session Offerings

Through these playful sessions parents will leave with the tools, confidence and support necessary to face all the surprises AND routine challenges that daily life presents us.

Each experiential and engaging session can range between 1-3 hours in length and can be customizable for each group’s needs.

  • Setting healthy boundaries and sticking to them!

  • Setting structure/expectation and allowing for practice in negotiating without feeling like you’re “giving in”

Finding Joy

Playfulness is becoming extinct. Yet, there is unyielding evidence that imaginative, spontaneous and even structured play are associated with better mental and physical health in kids and adults. 

Given the challenges of daily family life and over-structured parent and child schedules, we threaten valuable PLAY time, and therefore diminish opportunities to practice mental and physical dexterity. We compromise the growth of vital skills such as creative thinking, effective communication, healthy risk assessment, conflict resolution, collaboration, negotiating needs, self-advocacy, possessing true confidence and resiliency, embracing and overcoming our fears, and maintaining physical well-being.
